  The Membership conservation Program Administrative Procedure became effective July 1, 2004 and is hereby revised. the main points are that no suspension will be processed if the council does not follow the Audit and suspension procedure as set out herein and that suspensions will only be processed between July 1st, and september 30th each year.

Numerouf Forms 1845 have been sent to supreme without a copy being sent to either the District Deputy or the state Deputy. Supreme furnishes the State Deputy with a periodic listing of all forms 1845 received. If there is a Form 1845 listed on the report that was not processed in accordance with this procedure, upon being advised by the State Deputy that the proper procedure was not followed, Supreme will not process the corresponding form 100 until advised to do so by the State Deputy. The council must have a retention chairman on file.
